About returns etc.
(1) When the reason is due to our company's fault, such as damage to the product (defective product) or incorrect product.
By contacting us within 7 days after the product is delivered, you can choose to cancel the purchase contract and request a refund, or to request a re-delivery without canceling the purchase contract. All costs for return, refund and re-delivery will be borne by our company.
(2) Other cases
You may return products by contacting us within 7 days of delivery, following the procedures separately specified by us, except for the following products, etc. However, you shall be responsible for all costs associated with the return, including shipping fees.
