The custom-made sauce gives it a richer flavor and improves both the appearance and the taste.

The food is actually fried on a hot plate and then quickly frozen, giving it an excellent fried texture.

(When warming with hot water)

Put the bag into plenty of boiling water while still frozen.

Heat for approximately 8 to 10 minutes.

(In case of frying pan (iron plate))

1. Thaw the bag in running water (about 15 minutes) or in hot water (about 5 minutes) beforehand.

This makes the noodles easier to separate.

2. Add a thin layer of oil to a well-heated frying pan and add the yakisoba noodles.

3. Add a small amount of water and stir fry while steaming.

*If the noodles are difficult to separate, add more water.

*If the noodles are not thawed sufficiently, they will break easily when stir-frying.

(In case of microwave oven)

While still frozen, poke a few holes in the bag,

Cut the ends off with scissors and heat.

(500W for 5 to 6 minutes, 1400W for about 1 minute 30 seconds)

*Please note that cooking times may vary slightly depending on the model.

*When using a microwave, the corners may become hard.
